Agreement between MIMIT MALOUT and NIELIT Chandigarh (Ropar centre)


National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), an Autonomous Scientific Society under the administrative control of Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MoE&IT), Government of India, was set up to carry out Human Resource Development and related activities in the area of Information, Electronics & Communications Technology (IECT). NIELIT is engaged both in Formal & Non-Formal Education in the area of IECT besides development of industry oriented quality education and training programmes in the state-of-the-art areas. NIELIT has endeavoured to establish standards to be the country’s premier institution for Examination and Certification in the field of IECT. It is also one of the National Examination Body, which accredits institutes/organizations for conducting courses in IT in the non-formal sector.


We are pleased to announce the agreement between MIMIT MALOUT and NIELIT Chandigarh (Ropar Centre) done on dated 19th June 2023 to offer courses to the students in the future skill prime technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Virtual Reality, Embedded Systems,  Hardware-Networking, MATLAB, PCB Designing, Cloud Computing, Android and other areas of  Information Technology and Electronics, aimed at enhancing the technical skills of students through comprehensive training programs. This collaboration will provide an opportunity for students to participate in 4/6 week training as well as a 6-month industrial training, enabling them to gain valuable industry experience and develop their expertise in various domains.


The partnership between MIMIT MALOUT and NIELIT Chandigarh (Ropar Centre) signifies a commitment to bridging the gap between academia and industry by equipping students with practical knowledge and skills that are in high demand in today's competitive job market. Through this agreement, students will have access to state-of-the-art facilities, expert guidance from industry professionals, and hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies.


The training programs offered under this agreement will not only provide students with a solid foundation in their chosen fields but also equip them with the necessary skills to excel in their future careers.
